Our story
Flush My Tankless started in Lehi in 2021
Flush My Tankless started in 2021, when Harrison Riehle began flushing tankless water heaters around Lehi. Utah's hard water was clogging heaters that should have lasted 20 years. Today, appointments are handled by local tankless technicians who follow the same process.
Why tankless only
Tankless heaters are built to last for decades, but Utah's hard water fights that. Calcium and magnesium build up as scale inside the heat exchanger, the heater loses efficiency, codes start appearing, and manufacturers exclude scale damage from their warranties. A yearly flush is the fix, and it is the one job Flush My Tankless was built around.
Why the site looks the way it does
Most tankless advice online is generic. This site is specific to Utah: each city page uses that city's own water quality report, each brand page uses the manufacturer's manual and warranty, and every figure links to the document it came from. Where a figure could not be found, such as a hardness number in some cities' reports, the page says so instead of guessing.
How appointments work today
Appointments are handled by local tankless technicians. When you call or request a time, the technician serving your area confirms your appointment and price. How booking works covers the details.
