Flush My Tankless Call to Book(801) 515-4232

How it works

How booking a tankless flush works

Call or request a time. A local tankless technician confirms your appointment and price, then does the flush, descale and inspection.

  • Started in Lehi in 2021
  • Tankless only
  • Utah hard-water specialists

Four steps

  1. Call or request a time.
  2. A local tankless technician confirms your appointment and price.
  3. Flush, descale and inspection, about an hour.
  4. A reminder when next year's flush is due.

What happens at the appointment

The technician closes the isolation valves, connects a pump and descaler, circulates it through the heat exchanger, rinses the unit, cleans the inlet filter, then restarts and tests the heater. The flush and descale page covers each step and what each manufacturer's manual says.

Questions worth asking when you book

  • What is the total price, and does it include the descaler and cleaning the inlet filter?
  • Does my heater have isolation valves? If not, what does adding them cost?
  • Will you leave a dated service record? Several manufacturers' warranties depend on proof of maintenance.
  • For plumbing changes or gas work, what license or certification do you hold? See who can work on a water heater in Utah.
